Pressure and stress, stress and pressure, responsibility, lack of time, a lot to do, different opinions at work, quarrels at home, demanding projects, physical and mental load, more and more. The today’s world requires us to be unusually effective, involved, fast and to have the skill of multitasking. All these create plenty of load. The key to fuller and more effective functioning is emotional intelligence, understating the mechanisms that govern emotions and stress, as well the awareness of one’s own skills and deficiencies in this area.
