The way of portraying and describing the woman of today is a subject that is very controversial. How to create a unified whole from an active, determined, resourceful, involved, ambitions and confident woman who manages a household, and who has to fulfil herself, achieve professional success and look after her home? The woman of today must combine many duties. She is always in a rush and operates like a machine that has to be super productive. At the same time, she has to look great, has to have beautiful hair, a fit body and long legs. What if she does not achieve huge success at work? What if she does not look like a model or does not have self-confidence of the Wonder Woman?  Then she will be disappointed. She will feel unfulfilled and valued less. Is an image of a woman as a machine for achieving success realistic? If so, then is this the ideal worth looking for?  Perhaps it is better to decide what to do to feel valuable and fulfilled, to follow your own standards and achieve goals, instead of adjusting to the standards created by marketers?

What is the woman of today like?  She is free, resistant to criticism and decides how she wants to be fulfilled. She is natural and she is herself!

During this training course we will focus on developing self-acceptance and confidence. We will show you how to achieve goals and build the desired external image. You will also learn the work-life balance principles and discover how to combine all your daily chores.
