Start with your inner part and build a consistent image outside, on this basis. Usually, it is hard to adopt such an approach but at some point in your life, it is worth admitting that who you are depends only on yourself and what you think of yourself. You are who you think you are. You will be who you think you will be. Of course thinking will not be enough. It is also necessary to act focused on the goal but thinking is the first step. How you asses yourself impacts every little detail in your life. Simply put: if you are negative about your self-esteem or skills in a given area, you think that you will fail, you let things go it means you give up without fighting for it. If you are certain that you are valuable and good at something, you do not allow thoughts about failing which will logically translate into results. Thanks to proper self-evaluation you can achieve personal and professional goals in an intelligent way, help yourself and others, e.g. your employees to communicate more effectively, establish new relations, defend your boundaries without fear of rejection.
