Self-presentation of a team leader

A successful company is composed of a well-integrated and cooperating group of people, who contribute their own, individual skills. Cooperation is not easy because it requires high flexibility from each team member. Differences in people’s characters, ways of portraying and interpreting the world and events are significant. In order to achieve success together, one has to know how to overcome barriers. This is a task of a wise leader.

No efficient team will exist without a person who would lead it and give directions. Someone who will skilfully combine talents of individuals so that instead of each member being an outstanding soloist, they could all become a well-sounding band. Everyone who has been a leader before knows how difficult and responsible of a task that is.

Knowledge relating to group functioning mechanism will be very useful but not only that. During the training course, you will find out how to skilfully motivate your team while being an example to your team members.

  • Persuasion – the most important rules of social impact psychology.

  • Persuasion – methods of generating impact during public appearances.
